Return policy
CardSafe reviews return requests individually to protect buyers and the integrity of collectible inventory.
Request window
Submit a request from the order page within seven calendar days after recorded delivery. Include the affected item, reason, and useful evidence.
Review
Do not ship an item back until CardSafe approves the request and provides instructions. Approved items must be returned in the same condition and packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after review and, when required, receipt of the returned item.
